To attract architects, designers, and consumers to the company’s flagship showroom in Manhattan and increase showroom sales volume.
The company wanted to increase traffic in its New York City showroom, driving both designers and consumers to make appointments and shop. The goal was to strengthen the brand’s position in the mind of potential consumers, having them proactively request their product rather than depend on distributors to push it.
We used a geofenced, multi-channel approach and created several landing pages that responded to the users’ specific needs. We incorporated different calls to action, such as an appointment scheduler, a trade form, and even a 3D showroom walkthrough. On top of that, we developed email workflows and a segmenting strategy that encourages contacts to keep coming back to the site.
