We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Measurement Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital advertising. This is a high-impact role requiring a rare blend of Google Ads expertise, technical tracking proficiency (GTM), and client-facing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Execute and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display). You will own the strategy, execution, and daily optimization to meet aggressive ROI/CPA targets.
- Rigorous & Continual Account Auditing: Maintain account excellence through regularly auditing - building systems/automations where possible:
- Weekly: Performance pacing, keyword hygiene, and budget checks.
- Monthly: Deep-dive competitive analysis, creative refreshes, landing page optimization, and testing strategies.
- Technical Ownership (GTM & Tracking): Lead the implementation of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking when relevant. Ensure all conversion actions are firing accurately and that data flows seamlessly into CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and other reporting tools.
- Reporting & Data Visualization: Build and manage automated dashboards in Looker Studio. You will transform raw data from various sources into clear, actionable narratives.
- Client Leadership & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for performance discussions.
- Develop and distribute agendas ahead of all syncs.
- Lead weekly/monthly client calls, translating complex technical data into business-focused insights.
- Manage expectations and proactively propose new growth opportunities.
- Continuous Learning & New Tech Adoption: Actively monitor the MarTech & AI landscape to pilot and integrate new technologies.
- Evaluate and implement new reporting tools, CRM integrations, or automation scripts to improve account efficiency and data accuracy.
- Platform Agnostic Problem-Solving: Evaluate, learn, and implement new reporting software and tools based on the client’s unique tech-stack to improve account efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Knowledge and passion for the furniture and design industry
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in paid advertising
- Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to lead meetings, handle tough questions, and present data to non-technical stakeholders or executives.
- Advanced GTM & Tracking: Mastery of custom triggers, data layers, and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies between ad platforms and CRMs.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you provide "so-what" insights that drive budget shifts.
- Certifications: Google Ads Search/Measurement and GA4 certifications are preferred.
