We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and analytically-minded self-starter to help manage digital media campaigns. This position will cover the spectrum of our ad operations including channel QA, campaign set-up, delivery, optimization, troubleshooting, reporting, and end-of-campaign analysis. This is a unique opportunity to work and grow alongside established brands in a small team environment.

You are a data-oriented marketing professional with experience working in-house or at an agency. Your specialties include paid channels and attribution.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the performance team and account leadership to perform all aspects of campaign management, including implementation, testing, deployment, delivery, budget monitoring and optimization of ad campaigns across all digital channels: Paid Search, Shopping, Display, Paid Social, etc.
- Set up, QA, and maintain conversion tracking through platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other pixel-based tools.
- Review search term reports and conduct negative keyword mining to ensure efficiency and relevance in Paid Search campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and support ongoing ad copy testing to improve CTR and CVR.
- Analyze ad placements across platforms (especially in Display and YouTube) and recommend or apply exclusions to improve quality and performance.
- Audit and optimize product feeds for Shopping campaigns (Google Merchant Center, Feed optimizers, etc.), including mapping fields, troubleshooting disapprovals, and testing feed improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio or other BI tools, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Build and scrape prospecting and retargeting lists as needed to support advanced audience targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader team to help build out our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) offering, including testing strategies, site analysis, and implementation support.
- Regularly monitor campaign KPIs such as CAC, CPC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Assign action items post-client calls to relevant team members, clearly communicating next steps and expectations.
- Taking the lead on select client calls with support from account leadership, owning follow-ups and deliverables.
- Stay current on platform changes, tools, and emerging best practices in ad operations and performance marketing.
- Perform competitive research related to client verticals and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Execute all responsibilities with attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
Knowledge and skills
- Deep familiarity with Google Ads, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, extensions, audience segmentation, and budget pacing.
- Strong understanding of digital ad operations and performance optimization tactics.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking ecosystems.
- Confident working with Looker Studio.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, Javascript, and the technical underpinnings of ad code implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into client-ready insights.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker who can draw insights from data and propose strategic recommendations.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional work and encourages team momentum.
- Design-oriented mindset -able to create documents that uphold our own and our clients’ brand standards.
Education And Experience Required
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Passionate about performance marketing and data
The following qualifications will set you apart, but are by no means necessary if you have the motivation to learn quickly:
- Google Ads/Analytics certification, Facebook Blueprint certification
- Additional languages spoken (particularly Spanish or Italian)
- Knowledge or passion for the luxury furniture and design industry
